Police investigate death after body found near Jenin

JENIN (Ma'an) -- Palestinian police opened an investigation into the death of a man whose body was found on his farm in Beit Qad in eastern Jenin on Tuesday.

The man was identified as 41-year-old Iyad Omar Irsheid, and Palestinian police said his body was removed by the Red Crescent after it was found on his chicken farm.

Police rushed to the area and opened an investigation, while the body was taken to Jenin's governmental hospital to undergo an autopsy.
