BETHLEHEM (Ma’an) -- Israeli authorities on Monday reopened a road connecting the villages of Marah Rabah Beit Fajjar village south of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank, after locals claimed Israeli forces had imposed a two-week closure on the road with dirt mounds for alleged security-related reasons.

An Israeli army spokesperson said they were looking into reports.
