RAMALLAH (Ma’an) -- Israel’s Ofer military court in the occupied West Bank district of Ramallah sentenced three Palestinians to around two years in prison each and imposed fines on Thursday.

According to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS), the Israeli court sentenced Palestinian prisoner Muhammad Abu Eid to 26 months in prison and a 4,000-shekel ($1,086) fine.

Meanwhile, the military court sentenced Palestinian prisoner Suhaib Rizq to 24 months in prison and a 2,000-shekel ($543) fine, while Bahaa Mansour was also sentenced to 20 months in prison and slapped with a 4,000 shekel fine.

PPS did not specify what were the charges leveled against the three Palestinians.
