GAZA (Ma’an) -- A Palestinian child died on Monday after being accidentally hit by a truck, while a Palestinian worker died in an unrelated accident elsewhere in Gaza City.

Gaza officials said that four-year-old Karim Ibrahim Abu Karsh died after being hit by a truck in the al-Nasser neighborhood and that his body was transferred to al-Shifa hospital.

Meanwhile, Salah Saleh Sharab, 26, died on Sunday evening after a crane fell on the bakery in which he was working in the al-Rimal neighborhood. Sharab’s body was taken to his home in Khan Yunis in the southern besieged Gaza Strip for burial.
