BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A Palestinian teenage girl was found dead on Tuesday at her home in Ramla city in central Israel.

Israeli media reported that her body was found at midday at her home, and that "signs of violence" were found on her body.

Israeli police spokesperson Luba al-Samri said in a statement that the teenager was identified as 18-year-old Henriette Qarra.

She noted that police would continue the investigations into the death, and were considering the possibility of murder. However, details were not confirmed yet by police, she added.
