Palestinian drowns off the coast of Rafah in Gaza Strip

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- A Palestinian youth drowned off the coast of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip on Friday night.

Medical sources said that Wissam al-Kurd, 28, from the al-Salam neighborhood in eastern Gaza City died after drowning off the coast of Rafah.

Al-Kurd’s body was transferred to the Abu Yousif al-Najjar Hospital.
