Israeli forces detain 6 Palestinians in West Bank raids

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained six Palestinians from different areas across the occupied West Bank during pre dawn raids on Thursday.

Locals from the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem told Ma’an that two Palestinians were detained. They were identified as Muhammad Walid al-Hreimi and Issa Awwad, who locals said was suffering from unspecified injuries at the time of his arrest.

Israeli forces also raided and searched the house of a Palestinian lawmaker for the Hamas movement bloc, Khalid Tafesh, in Bethlehem.

In the Nablus district of the northern West Bank Israeli forces detained Fadel Ibrahim Abu Salem from the Askar refugee camp, and Kamel Asaad Hamran from Nablus City.

Two Palestinians were also detained from the Salfit district in the central West Bank, and were identified as Issam Ramzi from Iskaka village and Mutasem Marie from Qarawat Bani Hassan village.
