Fire balloon lands in Jerusalem-area settlement

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A balloon carrying flammable material was launched from the Palestinian city of Beit Jala, in the southern occupied West Bank district of Bethlehem, and was found in the illegal Israeli settlement of Har Gilo, in the central district of Jerusalem, on Friday.

The Israeli Ynet news outlet reported that the Israeli authorities could not immediately determine if the balloon was "terror-related."

Sources added that the balloon did not set any land on fire.
