Ambassador Tahboub expresses appreciation for Palestinian educators

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- The Palestinian Ambassador to Kuwait, Rami Tahboub, visited the headquarters of Ma'an News Agency in Bethlehem City in the southern West Bank and expressed his pride in the success of Palestinian media and its ability to cover Palestinian news daily.

Tahboub said during his meeting with Dr. Nasser al-Lahham, the editor-in-chief of Ma'an, that the people of Kuwait eagerly await the arrival of Palestinian teachers, who were hired for the upcoming academic school year, with regard to the confidence, competence and excellence provided by Palestinian teachers for many years to the foundations of the education in Kuwait.

Tahboub announced that the Contracts Committee of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education is arriving in Palestine to start the process of contracting with a new group of Palestinian teachers wishing to work in the education sector in Kuwait.

The ambassador added that Kuwait wishes to restore their education system by bringing in Palestinian teachers who have always proved their worth, wishing success to Palestinian teachers and Palestinian education.

Tahboub mentioned that Qatar has also started the process of recruiting Palestinian teachers and believes that this may extend to other Arab countries due to the high efficiency of Palestinian teachers and the excellence of education provided by them.
