Israel evacuates 4 Palestinian families in Jordan Valley

Aug. 14, 2018 5:35 P.M. (Updated: Aug. 16, 2018 4:10 P.M.)
TUBAS (Ma'an) -- The Israeli authorities evacuated four Palestinians families from the Khirbet al-Yirza village, east of Tubas in the Jordan Valley region of the occupied West Bank, on Tuesday afternoon, to allegedly conduct military operations in the area.

Human rights activist, Aaref Daraghmeh, said that Israeli forces evacuated four families, some living in the area and some come to the area to follow-up on their livestock, of which they make a living.

The families were ordered to evacuate the area until 6:00 a.m. of Wednesday morning.

This is the third time that the families are evacuated of their homes for alleged Israeli military training after having delivered notices to the families earlier this month.
