Israeli settler injured in rock-throwing incident

JERUSALEM (Ma'an) -- An Israeli settler was injured, on Wednesday evening, after rocks were thrown at an Israeli bus in Jerusalem City in the central West Bank.

According to a Hebrew-language news outlet, several Palestinians allegedly threw rocks at an Israeli bus passing by near the illegal Israeli settlement of Pesgat Zeev in Jerusalem.

Sources added that a 35-year-old Israeli settler, who was a passenger on the bus, was injured in his eye.

He was transferred to a hospital to receive medical treatment, however, his condition and identity remained unknown.

No other injuries were reported.
