NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Two Palestinians were injured by Israeli forces during clashes that erupted following predawn raids in the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Palestinian security sources said that a Palestinian youth identified as Issa Hashash, 21, was injured with a rubber-coated steel bullet above his right eye and was run over by an Israeli military vehicle.

Hashash was transferred to the Rafidiya Governmental Hospital for treatment, where his condition was reported as stable.

Sources added that a 17-year-old Palestinian was also injured with a rubber-coated steel bullet in his right hand and was transferred to the same hospital for treatment.
