Israeli forces 'neutralize' explosive device in Eshkol

Oct. 13, 2018 2:02 P.M. (Updated: Oct. 13, 2018 3:29 P.M.)
BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces located an explosive device attached to several balloons in the Eshkol Regional Council in southern Israel near the besieged Gaza Strip, on Saturday.

Israeli Ynet news site reported that an Israeli police sapper "neutralized" the device.

Palestinians in Gaza view the incendiary kites as a form of protest against Israel's nearly 12-year blockade of Gaza and for Palestinian refugees right of return to their homes and lands which are now known as Israel.
