Lieberman: 'we exhausted all options with Hamas'

Oct. 22, 2018 3:47 P.M. (Updated: Oct. 23, 2018 3:59 P.M.)
BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- The Israeli Minister of Defense Avigdor Lieberman said, on Monday, that he does not believe in a deal with Hamas, Israeli Ynet news outlet reported.

Lieberman's statement came during a session for the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.

"I do not believe in any arrangement with Hamas, it did not work, it does not work and will not work in the future."

Lieberman also said "We have reached the point where we have to make decisions,"

"We have exhausted all our options."

Lieberman added that Friday protests at the eastern borders of the besieged Gaza Strip are not crowded protests but rather organized by Hamas, saying that 15,000 people cannot walk to the borders but via organized transportation paid for by the movement.
