Israeli forces injure 7 Palestinians in Gaza protests

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Seven Palestinians were shot and injured by Israeli live ammunition, on Tuesday evening, after Israeli forces opened fire at dozens of Palestinian protesters east of Deir al-Balah in the central besieged Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that Israeli forces opened fire at Palestinian protesters, who participated in protests against the nearly 12-year Israeli siege of Gaza injuring seven of them.

Those injured were immediately transferred to nearby hospitals in Gaza to receive the necessary medical treatment.

The medical condition of those injured remained unknown.
