JERUSALEM (Ma'an) -- Eleven Palestinians were injured by Israeli rubber-coated steel bullets, during clashes that erupted between Israeli forces and Palestinian youths as soldiers raided the Abu Dis town, east of Jerusalem, on Thursday evening.

The Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC) reported that its teams provided treatment to 11 Palestinian protesters who were injured by rubber-coated steel bullets; most injuries were treated on the spot.

Israeli raids into Palestinian towns and villages are near daily occurrence in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
