Israeli forces seal off West Bank village

NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces sealed off the al-Lubban al-Sharqiya village, in the northern occupied West Bank district of Nablus, on Monday.

Local sources said that Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of al-Lubban al-Sharqiya and turned back Palestinian residents attempting to enter or exit the village.

Israeli forces also prevented Palestinian students from reaching their high school, located on the Ramallah-Nablus main road.

Palestinian students are regularly harassed by Israeli forces in that area, which often disrupts their education.
