Palestinian stabbing attack suspect turns himself in

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces confirmed that the Palestinian stabbing attack suspect turned himself in, on Tuesday, near the checkpoint 300, located north of Bethlehem City, in the southern occupied West Bank.

On Tuesday, a 35-year-old Israeli settler was injured after a Palestinian allegedly carried out a stabbing attack in Beit Jala, adjacent to Bethlehem City.

Hebrew-language news outlets reported that the Palestinian, allegedly in his twenties, from Dheisheh refugee camp, was taken by Israeli forces for interrogation.

Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem said that the Israeli settler, who was injured by the Palestinian, was transferred to the hospital and received medical treatment. He was later released.
