Minor among 3 detained by Israeli forces

RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained at least three Palestinians during predawn raids, on Sunday, across the occupied West Bank.

According to Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS), Israeli forces detained one Palestinian in the southern West Bank district of Hebron. He was identified as Ahmad Shaher Ghaith, 15.

In the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem, one Palestinian was detained and identified as Ahmad Ramzi al-Mashni.

In the northern West Bank district of Tulkarem, another Palestinian was detained. PPS identified him as Anas Jasser Amer, 22.

PPS mentioned that Israeli forces detained dozens of Palestinians within the past two days, including a teen girl and a former female prisoner, identified as Malk al-Khatib.

According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5,580 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons, of whom 250 are child prisoners and 35 are under the age of 16 years.
