Israeli forces detain Palestinian student in Nablus-area village

NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces assaulted and detained Palestinian student during a raid to the al-Lubban al-Sharqiya village in the northern occupied West Bank district of Nablus, on Wednesday.

Locals told Ma'an that Israeli forces raided the village, in southern Nablus, chased high school students and fired tear-gas bombs and stun grenades targeting them as they were leaving their school.

Israeli forces detained one student, who was identified by locals as Ali Iyad Daraghmeh, 17.
