HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained three Palestinian minors, predawn Sunday, from the al-Arroub refugee camp in northern Hebron, in the southern occupied West Bank.

Locals told Ma'an that Israeli forces raided al-Arroub, following clashes that had erupted late Saturday night in the refugee camp, and detained three Palestinian minors.

Sources identified the detainees as Jaber Wael al-Badawi, Qusai Imad al-Badawi and Muhammad Nasser al-Badawi; all aged between 13 and 15 years old.

Israeli forces also set up flying checkpoints at the entrances of the refugee camp, searching ID cards of Palestinians.

According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5554 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons, 230 are child prisoners, 41 of whom are under the age of 16 years.
