RAMALLLAH (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces shot and injured two Palestinians with rubber-coated steel bullets during clashes that erupted following a weekly protest in the al-Mughayyar village in the central occupied West Bank district of Ramallah and al-Bireh, on Friday afternoon.

Locals said that Israeli forces fired rubber-coated steel bullets and tear-gas bombs to suppress protesters taking part in the weekly anti-settlements protest in the village.

Protesters threw rocks at Israeli soldiers.
