GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Palestinian crowds marched, on Monday, in the funerals of two Palestinians who were killed inside tunnels in the southern besieged Gaza Strip.

Palestinian security officers and policemen, from the Palestinian Ministry of Interior in Gaza, attended the funerals of Major Abed al-Hamid al-Aker, 39, and Subhi Saqer Abu Qirshein, 28, alongside Major General Taysir al-Batsh in Rafah City in the southern Gaza Strip.

Al-Aker and Abu Qirshein had suffocated to death while several others were injured inside a tunnel under the southern borders of the Gaza Strip, earlier.
