In video - Israeli forces tear-gas Palestinian students in Shufat

JERUSALEM (Ma'an) -- Dozens of Palestinians from the Shufat refugee camp in occupied East Jerusalem, including children and school students, suffocated with tear-gas as Israeli forces raided the refugee camp and randomly fired tear-gas canisters, on Tuesday morning.

Spokesperson of the Fatah movement in Shufat refugee camp, Thaer Fasfous, that Israeli soldiers raided the refugee camp as students were heading to their schools, and employees to their workplaces.

Israeli forces heavily fired tear-gas bombs causing dozens to suffer tear-gas suffocation, while several students suffered from panic attacks.

Fasfous pointed out that dozens of students were not able to reach their schools.
