In video - Funeral procession of slain Palestinian commences in Salfit

SALFIT (Ma'an) -- Hundreds of Palestinians marched, on Wednesday, in the funeral procession of Muhammad Abed al-Fattah Shaheen, 23, in the northern occupied West Bank city of Salfit.

The funeral procession set off from an emergency center where Shaheen’s body was in Salfit City, towards his home before prayers took place at the city’s mosque.

Israeli forces had shot Muhammad directly in the heart, during clashes that erupted after Israeli soldiers had raided Salfit on Tuesday evening, before he was pronounced dead shortly after at the Salfit Hospital.

Some 40 other Palestinians were injured with rubber-coated steel bullets and tear-gas bombs.
