Gaza rocket lands in southern Israel

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- The Israeli army declared that red alert sirens were sounded as a rocket landed in the Eshkol Regional Council, on late Tuesday, following a ceasefire agreement.

According to a statement by the Israeli army, the rocket was launched from the besieged Gaza Strip and landed in an open area in the Eshkol Regional Council.

No injuries nor material damages were reported.
