Israeli forces detain Palestinian, ban 2 others from Al-Aqsa

JERUSALEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained three Palestinians from occupied Jerusalem, late Friday.

Locals reported that Israeli forces detained one Palestinian identified as Rafat Najib after raiding and searching his home in the Old City of Jerusalem.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces also detained two Palestinians as they were leaving the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and held them at a nearby police station until late night hours before releasing them on the condition of being banned from entering the Al-Aqsa compound for two weeks.

The two were identified as Ahmad Abu Arafa and Tawfiq Abu Duheim.
